Our order minimum is $21 for internet orders and $29 for phone orders. Orders under the minimum will incur a $4 low order fee.


Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) or you can arrange to prepay check or money order.


Our goal is to ship the best quality possible and our setup is geared toward quality over speed. Due to the nature of our product line and the labor involved during certain times of the year order processing times may be longer than some people expect. Please check our shipping & Returns page for current processing and order transit times. If time is of essence we will do our best to expedite orders when asked it is not always possible.

Claims and Returns:

Merchandise should be inspected upon arrival in case of any problems or concerns. If there are any problems with your order, you must contact Dried Flowers “R” Us within two days of receipt. We do our best to correct any issues within the scope of our terms and conditions but we will not under any circumstances stretch this policy beyond 5 days and requests after that will not be honored. Any returns require a prior agreement with Dried Flowers “R” Us and unauthorized returns will not be accepted. (See shipping & Returns page for more information.) In special circumstances where a return is authorized for reasons other than product defects or provider error, restocking charges of 20% will be assessed and all return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. In general returns are accepted for defective products but reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate other problems if notice is given within the specified. If the product is defective, it will be replaced or a credit will be issued. If there is an error in your order caused by Dried Flowers “R” Us, we will correct the problem promptly at no extra charge. If goods are damaged or misplaced in shipping, be sure to file a claim with the shipping company immediately. In this case, do not destroy the original cartons or packaging pending carrier inspection.


Subject to change without notice. Since we are dealing with products of nature both farmed and wild collected in some cases items can be unavailable for long periods. We do our best to keep product availability information correct and up to date, however, we can and do run out of items in the course of processing orders in between the time you place your order and the time your order is packed. Any shortages due to an item being out of stock will be credited back to your card. Unfortunately, we cannot contact everyone for substitutes in this situation, but we will do our best if this is requested at the time you order. At Dried Flowers “R” Us it is our goal to restock all out of stock items whenever possible and available but it is important to understand that certain items and or colors are not continuously available to us in a reasonable quality. All specified weights, colors and measures are approximate and may vary due to the fact these are products of nature and not manufactured items.


Any provision proposed or utilized by any buyer in connection with the purchase of any products described herein shall not supercede these terms and conditions, unless expressly agreed to in writing. Prices and quantities are subject to change without notice.

Our business changes constantly, and our policy pages and policies will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our website to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.
