Our order minimum is $21 for internet orders and $29 for phone orders. Orders under the minimum will incur a $4 low order fee.


Due to our current order volume our order processing (not transit time) time is running 2-4 business days after receiving payment with FedEx Ground being our standard method of shipping. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will fall on the next business day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date please notate this in the comment section at the end of your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise you should plan on up to 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Please double check your information when completing an order and/or on the order verification email. If a customer provides an incorrect address, said customer may be billed a processing fee up to ten dollars ($15.00) for address correction. In the event that merchandise is lost due to an incorrect address given on an order, the customer will be responsible for the loss. Upon shipment, we will provide you with a shipping confirmation by email and the transit map below shows the travel time that you order will take to reach you. Note that this travel time is in business days. Since ground shipping has expanded to Alaska and Hawaii we are now able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii where ground service permits. Our shipping charges are a direct quote from the FedEx web site based on your order and your zip code. We use this method to insure the most accurate shipping charges possible and as usual there are no handling charges.

At Dried Flowers “R” Us we strive to provide quality items that have been properly described, displayed, and packed well so when they arrive at your home you are very happy. It is our goal to build long-term relationships with our customers and we will make every reasonable effort to attain this. If an item is damaged from shipping you must email us at or call us directly at 888-527-5778 to arrange for a replacement within 48 hours of receipt. However, if a box is severely damaged on delivery you should refuse the delivery. If for some reason you would like to return an item you must first call us at 888-527-5778 or email us at within 48 hrs of receiving your package to get a return authorization. If this is not done we cannot properly process a return. Returns must be shipped within 72 hours of receiving a return authorization. Orders that are simply shipped back to us without prior communications will be refused. We will not refund shipping on any returned item and we reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee on any return. Failure to follow these requirements will result in the refusal of refund.
